Our discovery and strategy is focused on showcasing the art of the possible, shaping the vision and strategy for Viva. We’ll workshop with end users, leaders and communicators to ensure there is a shared vision and clear objectives to enable and achieve adoption.

A big part of Viva Engage management is about having the right automation processes in place. This could be a flow that alerts users when trying to create a new community that something similar exists or closing communities that have been inactive for a period of time. This really allows us to set our clients up for success ensuring employees get value out of active communities.

We’ll work with your influences to ensure they have the tools they need to succeed and fully understand what it means to be an influencer and manage communities in the right way.

We’ll shape a campaign that is focused on launching Viva Engage playing on the ‘what’s in it for me’. This includes creative launch collateral and launch communications, as well as a vision-driven training program.

Adoption doesn’t happen overnight. Depending on the broader objectives, it’s useful to have business-driven reinforcement tactics in place, until it becomes normal. This phase ensures clients are left with a plan to further drive adoption.
